Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at HL Motor. We strive to ensure your satisfaction with our motorcycle helmets. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

 

Returns Due to:

1. Parcel not delivered: If your order does not arrive within 14 days from the date of shipment, you may request a refund or a reshipment. Please note that delays caused by customs, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control may impact delivery times.

2. Missing quantity/accessories: Upon receiving your order, please carefully check the contents against the packing slip. If any items or accessories are missing, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery to arrange for a replacement or a refund.

3. Received wrong product(s): If you receive a product that is different from the one you ordered, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you at no additional cost, or you may opt for a refund.

4. Received faulty product(s): In the unfortunate event that your helmet is defective or malfunctions under normal use, you may request a replacement or a refund. Please provide detailed information about the issue and, if possible, photographs to assist us in resolving the problem promptly.

5. Received product(s) with physical damage: If your item arrives with physical damage such as:

• Shattered/Broken products

• Slight scratches/dents

• Other types of damage

You may request a replacement or a refund. Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect the functionality of the helmet may not qualify for a return unless they were not disclosed at the time of purchase.

Conditions for Returns

You have 3 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

• Contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• Pack the item securely in its original packaging (if available) and include the RMA number and a copy of the original receipt or proof of purchase.

• Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service. You are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 days. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.


Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
